Component | Processes |
TOG Control Unit | Ensure the Control Unit(s) is/are securely fastened onto walls or structures. |
Activators | Ensure that the Activators are positioned on the straightest section of the pipe and are evenly spaced parallel to one another around the pipe. Activators will be connected through an Exe junction box to the activator cable from the Control Unit near the site of treatment. |
Caisson Pump | In most instances, the Activators are circus-mounted on the caisson pipe or riser column above the water level. |
Jacket Legs | Mounting of Activators on jacket legs will be similar to caisson pipes |
Filter |
One pump feeding one filter - the Activators will be placed between the pump and filter, ensuring it is positioned on the straightest section. Positioning the Activators on the straightest section is imperative and maximises the benefits provided but the TOG System, as well as reducing interference from turbulence. |
The positioning and the amount of Activators required may vary due to the amount of pumps/jacket legs and/or filters utilised at each site. When attaching Activators, it is imperative to have the end of the Activators from which the cable extends, to face the same direction as the flow of the water (ie: pointing at the filter, not at the pump).
*Important Note: Once all the wires are joined correctly, ensure the connection from every Activator to the Control Unit does not have a break in the line and is completely sealed from end to end.
Warranty
Every TOG System carries a three (3) years warranty from manufacturing defects from Date of Purchase.
